Camera-Ready Instructions

1. Formatting Your Manuscript

Authors must format the final camera-ready paper in the **Springer LNEE Single-Column format**. Ensure the following rules are adhered to:

• The paper can be up to 15 pages (including all figures, tables, and bibliography).
• Ensure that all review comments are carefully addressed.
• Check figures and tables for high-resolution graphics and correct caption alignments.
• Proofread the entire manuscript to eliminate typos and grammatical errors.

2. Springer Consent to Publish Form

Springer requires a signed **Consent to Publish** form for every accepted paper. Without this, your paper cannot be published.

• The corresponding author must sign the form on behalf of all co-authors.
• The form must be completed with title, author names, and conference title: 8th International Conference on Data Science and Engineering (ICDSE 2027).
• Digital signatures must be cryptographically validated (handwritten scan is preferred).

3. Preparing the Final Submission Package

Create a single compressed archive (ZIP format) containing:

• The final compiled PDF file of your paper.
• The complete source files (MS Word `.docx` file, or all LaTeX `.tex` files, `.bib` bibliography database, style files, and original high-resolution figure images).
• The completed and signed Springer Consent to Publish form.

Name your package following this convention: ICDSE_paperID.zip (where paperID is your EasyChair submission number).

4. Uploading to EasyChair

Log in to your EasyChair portal and navigate to your accepted submission. Click on the "Submit camera-ready version" option in the upper right menu, upload the created ZIP package, and verify details.
