Author Registration Fees

Please review the registration fee structure for ICDSE 2027. At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration at the appropriate author rate and present their manuscript at the venue for it to be included in the proceedings volume.

Registration Instructions

Please read the following important registration guidelines carefully before proceeding with your registration.

  • ▸ One full author registration (Indian author or Foreign author) is required for the inclusion of the paper(s) in the conference programme and IEEE proceedings.
  • ▸ One full author registration can register up to 2 papers.
  • ▸ Student registration is not entitled to IEEE Xplore paper publication.
  • ▸ Author / Non-Author / Students are entitled for Tutorials.
  • ▸ GST 18% is included. Payment gateway charges are extra.
  • ▸ Spot Registration for attending Tutorials is also available with Double the Standard Rates.
  • ▸ The registration fee is non-refundable.
  • ▸ Additional charges are applicable for final paper more than 6 pages. Maximum number of pages allowed is 8.
  • ▸ Full Author Registration & Attendees: Includes access to tutorials, keynote sessions, all the conference sessions, conference registration kit, lunch, High Tea, and Gala dinner.

Registration Steps

Follow these three steps to successfully register for the conference after submitting payment:

Step 1: Submit Fees

Submit your Registration/Participation fees via NEFT/Bank Transfer to the account details provided above.

Step 2: Email Confirmation Slip

Email the scanned receipt copy of the transaction proof along with a copy of your ID card (for student/category validation) to icdse@cusat.ac.in

Step 3: Fill Registration Form

Complete your registration by filling out the official Google Form:

No-Show & Originality Policy

IEEE has a strict policy on **"NO-SHOW"** to exclude authors who do not present their paper from further distribution of their publication, such as exclusion from IEEE Xplore. Therefore, one of the authors or their representatives **MUST** present the paper at the event.

Papers that have >30% similarity index will be rejected.

We use e-copyright. Copyright instructions will be mailed after camera ready submission.

Transit Directions

The CUSAT campus is highly accessible via major international, local train, and metro networks:

  • **By Air**: Cochin International Airport (COK) is 22 km from campus. Licensed pre-paid taxis and Uber/Ola can reach CUSAT in approximately 40 minutes.
  • **By Train**: major rail connections are available at Aluva (AWY, 8 km), Ernakulam Town (ERN, 10 km), and Ernakulam Junction (ERS, 14 km).
  • **By Metro**: CUSAT Metro Station is situated right outside the university main gate on National Highway 544, connecting directly to the transit hubs.

Delegates can request reservations at the subsidized **CUSAT University Guest House** (limited rooms available). Alternatively, premium stay packages are available at the near by hotels
